The first thing I noticed was the staff was friendly but more importantly, Shannon listened to me. He then started having me try on different shirts and pants. And while I tried on clothes went looking for more with my wife. Once we found the pants the tailor measured me and walked me through a fitting for each pants. The friendliness and expertise gets them to a 4. They get a 5 because while the pants totally were correctly tailored when I wore them real world the length was a tad long. They took them back and shorten them no question ask and no charge. They are definitely not cheap but then the lines of clothes they carry aren't cheap Tommy Bahama, Robert Graham, Cole Haan, etc. So if you need that GQ look there is no better place I know of in the Austin Area.
