Second time their Warranty form didn't recognise my email address despite them sending me a dozen emails re repairs to it, and me logging into my EP account with repair details minutes before that. I was in a panic not knowing if they would be able to fix it. I must say after reading the reviews before I visited this shop was very off-putting. Thankfully, my experience with Electronic Partner was positive. I found the staff member (Robert) to be calming and informative. I dropped the USB key in on Sunday @ 4:30pm and I got a text the following day at 10:30am to say it was ready for collection. It was fixed and everything was recovered! I did not find anything wrong with this service - complete opposite of what I read actually! Thanks again for fixing my USB - you saved me a lot of time and work!!
