They did blood tests but never shared the results. I was trying to take FMLA while we figured this out. They provided me with an FMLA letter, but it was not completed correctly. It was denied until it was fixed. With no real reason, they shifted and told me I had to do an intake for therapy for FMLA. My memory issues became related only to depression. I had to commit to both inpatient and outpatient therapy to get my FMLA letter, essentially holding it hostage. I have since identified the issues related to Vitamin B12, and I am on the mend. Also, they were continuing Antidepressants, which are dangerous in my genetic testing I provided them. They couldn't properly prescribe my RXs by putting in the wrong diagnostic codes. When I fired them, I requested my records. They violated HIPAA by sending me other patients' results. Just another doctor's office trying to play God with people's lives. Shame on them and shame on you if you read these reviews and still go.

My concerns are with the administrative and billing side of the practice. When I initially became a client of WCP, I initially received needed testing. Later, I needed documentation completed and was informed that I would need to schedule a meeting with my provider to complete the required form. Upon entering that appointment, I was informed about a newer, more updated assessment that the office now uses. I was highly encouraged and offered the option to take that additional test at a discounted rate, since I had already completed the prior version. I agreed and completed the assessment that day and paid the amount, which meant the original purpose of the appointment (completing the form) was not addressed. The following day, I had a second appointment to complete the form via telehealth, during which we went through it together and I answered the necessary questions. After the form was ready for pickup, I was informed of additional charges for both visits, each, that had not been communicated beforehand. While I understand the charge for the appointment where the form was completed, I was surprised by the additional charge for the first visit, where the only activity was being offered and completing another assessment. When I sought clarification, the interaction became unprofessional and dismissive, which was disappointing. Julie then got extremely unprofessional with me in a heated back and forth discussion and asked me "Aren't you about to become an attorney?" Very Unprofessional. Since I am CURRENTLY a lawyer, I will be fighting against this charge. Julie, you need to do better as a professional and as a person. Overall, my concern is with the lack of transparency around billing and the professionalism in handling the discussion around it. I hope the office can improve clarity and communication going forward.

I have been on so many different medications that I feel like an expert. Lol. I fully trust Dr. Chambers. He has literally saved my life. He listens but also asks the patient their thoughts. He is thorough. He makes sure that I have the appropriate levels by blood tests and he adjusts due to results. After 25 years, I have never had a doctor so thorough. Finally, I feel safe. Also, the staff in the office are wonderful. They are so kind and really make you feel at ease. Dr. Chambers is the only doctor that I will see now and as long as he is practicing. It's easy to register online, fill out forms (even on mobile.) I called first to ask for practitioners licensed in my state, with openings, who took my insurance. They found 2 who ticked all the boxes, and found them quickly. Since coronavirus2019 has required physical distancing, telehealth appts are more accepted by insurance. This is so helpful for regions where mental health care has been decimated by Republican cutbacks. The two practitioners are terrific, helpful, empathic, kind. They called my house this morning, when I called back I was told it was likely because they weren't going to authorize my refill since I didn't have an appt scheduled until Oct which was the earliest they could give me in July, but at any rate I waited on hold to speak to the person for over 15 mins and finally decided I'd be better off to find a new pace to go, They are willing to let me go cold turkey off of two of my prescriptions and that's not patient friendly at all. Plus having three different therapists in under 9 months isn't a sign of a well run place IMO I have been going therefor a few years now, while I ws very happy with my doc and 1st therapist it has always been a major pain for my pharmacy to get refills authorized, now I've just had enough and if I can get corporate's email or phone number they will be hearing from me
