I had certainly talked and confirmed with Blake about water and theft and all the coverages before purchasing. They are making me believe into something has been signed that doesn't cover water damage. Also, they had messed up on my addresses trying to deny due to the address initially. Last year that Agent departed...I was told she was on vacation, then leave of absence, finally she was no longer with Stonewall. October 2022 that Agent ran a quote for me but I decided not to move forward. However, a policy was somehow written. To my surprise, April 2023 I received a collection notice from Credit Collect Services. April 25, 2023 I immediately informed Ana D. @ Stonewall. Ana D. assured me this was resolved, June 2023 another collection notice. I reached out to Ana D. at which point I shared with her that they are threatening to place this on my credit. Once again, Ana D. advised it was resolved. June 25, 2023 I received an alert it was placed on my credit. I contacted Ana D. and two others on the email to no avail. July 10, 2023 I emailed Beebee W. she immediately responded but the damage was already done. Keep in mind I never had insurance with the company until Feb 2023. Ana D. @ Stonewall refuses to take responsibility meanwhile the damage has been done and it has negatively impacted my credit.
