Ana D. assured me this was resolved, June 2023 another collection notice. I reached out to Ana D. at which point I shared with her that they are threatening to place this on my credit. Once again, Ana D. advised it was resolved. June 25, 2023 I received an alert it was placed on my credit. I contacted Ana D. and two others on the email to no avail. July 10, 2023 I emailed Beebee W. she immediately responded but the damage was already done. Keep in mind I never had insurance with the company until Feb 2023. Ana D. @ Stonewall refuses to take responsibility meanwhile the damage has been done and it has negatively impacted my credit.
