They were not only professional and thorough but so much fun! They made our move from Florida to Lynchburg hassle free. We can't recommend them highly enough.

We had a couple interesting experiences while looking for our new home. She went to bat for us every time. And when we asked for her opinion she told us the truth. She knows how to negotiate a great deal and isn't just after the commission. She looks out for her clients best interest. She has a great team behind her as well. She gave us referrals for everyone needed to make our closing smooth and on time. Once under contract on our home, the process was super smooth and dare I say painless. We even had some fun and laughs during what can be a very stressful time. Julie is the best! We highly recommend her for your home buying/selling experience. She is our forever real estate girl!

We could never have imagined just how perfectly everything would come together, and so much of that is thanks to Nadine. From the moment we met her, Nadine was absolutely incredible. She helped us find what we can only describe as paradise. We were under contract less than 24 hours after viewing the property and closed just three weeks later! Her knowledge, guidance, and negotiating skills were invaluable, and she walked us through every single step of the process with confidence and care. What truly sets Nadine apart, though, is how deeply committed she is to her clients. When an unexpected deed issue arose, Nadine was on vacation with her family, and yet she spent the entire week making sure it was handled and that our closing stayed on track. That level of dedication is something we will never forget. Beyond helping us purchase our home, Nadine went above and beyond to help us learn the Smith Mountain Lake area and discover everything this wonderful community has to offer. She didn't just help us buy a house; she helped us feel at home in a brand-new place. I truly couldn't begin to sing Nadine's praises enough. She is knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking, an excellent negotiator, and genuinely cares about the people she works for. We are so grateful to her for helping us begin this next chapter in a place we absolutely love. Karen Kryzanowsky whom was supposed to be marketing and selling my property for the past 18+ months couldn't even send me the correct address and listing for my property when I questioned her about it last week. When I asked as to why I have NOT received a single offer over 18+ months of being in business with Karen, Karen gave excuses to why my property wasn't receiving interest. I simply asked to see the listing which I could NOT find on any search I made. Karen insisted she could see it. However, when I used common search engines to see my property listing, the listing was nowhere to be found. I made recommendations to help market the property on multiple commonly known real estate websites. Karen insisted it already was being automatically marketed on those same websites I recommended from the time she listed it on the MLS. It was NOT. When Karen finally showed me the property she could see but I could NOT, it was the wrong address being marketed by a completely different agent. Since this incident, I have neglected to work with Karen and plain and simple, if you would like for your property to actually be listed and marketed, I would NOT recommend Karen to anyone in search for Real Estate guidance or services.
