Shaina was amazing to work with and I love my flooring but…read more.. I usually don't leave a lot of reviews and if I do they are for exceptional work but not in this case. I have bifold doors on my pantry, one doesn't open and the other doesn't close appropriately. They turned off my propane to move the stove and they did relight that appliance. They however did not light the hot water heater or the furnace. We were able to get the hot water heater relit but had to call someone for the furnace. I messaged them and told them about both issues. I was told it would be taken care of and have heard nothing back for over a week. Disappointed and just wondering where everyone's pride in their work is. They had to know those doors didn't work when they put them back on but yet still left them like that. Unfortunately would not recommend, if they had come out and fixed it, called with a date they would fix it, all would be good and this post would be a lot different.

At $80 an hour labor, they charged their minimum $40 charge. Said they ran my lawnmower for 30 minutes and didn't find anything. Took the lawnmower home and within 3 minutes of starting, the problem manifested. So basically, I feel I paid $40 for slow service to do NOTHING. These guys are incompetent and deliver lousy service. I don't recommend this place and will never do business with then again. Go somewhere else is my recommendation.

Will definitely recommend Paul's to anyone looking for furniture!

But he was absolutely fantastic, not pushy and gave us a ton of information on the different brands of furniture. We will be returning to purchase more furniture for our home as we decide on our style. Amazing just amazing store! Excellent quality and tons of options! The free delivery and assembly is fantastic as well and saves a few hundred! Thank you!

When I send an e mail or call to check on the status of my order, they respond that day. Not only do they respond, but if I don't get back to them, they always have a follow up phone call to make sure I received their message. The quality of the work that I have had done has been outstanding. We have faced a couple of problems, but Marcinda has worked hard to find solutions. They printed my invitation on photo transfer paper in order to be ironed onto fabric. They have also printed our RSVP cards. Wedding planning can be stressful, but my experiences with Triad have not been stressful at all. I would highly recommend them for any of your printing needs!
