We were so appalled at the state of his kennel we had a friend go pick him up as we were out of town and could not fathom the idea of keeping him there another night. I asked the kennel to call me when he was picked up, they didn't. Failure to communicate is on brand for this business. I cried when I got his picture. The had to tear up tile 3 different times on our bathroom. Once it was the wrong tile they ordered. Once they didn't have it draining in the shower. And another when they chipped the tile fixing another problem. They miss measured our vanity and we had to put the switch in an awkward position. The plumbers said they had never even installed one of the Jason tubs before and the correct parts weren't ordered by the flooring nook. They ordered the wrong lights. they miss measured for the floating shelves and had to use trim to fix it, which wasn't what we wanted. The installed the shower handle backwards. They installed an drain that is against code under our sink. They had two different textures on the drywall and had to redo it three times because they tried to do short cuts to fix it. They told us the project would take 4-6 weeks and it ended up taking 4 months because of all of the errors they made and had to redo. The best part was at the end when they tried to charge us 20% more than the invoice they gave us after we had picked out all the fixtures. Their detailed bill went up on lots of areas and we were charge for things that we shouldn't be charged for. Their line item for plumbing even said "parts and labor included" yet they billed us for parts. They also added in random lines for miscellaneous materials and labor even though everything else was a line item. I tried to discuss this with the company and Dan the owner who became very unprofessional at this point. We had heard stories about issues and problems from other people about the business included higher than average pricing, poor quality work, and how unprofessional the company was but the store was nice and they were very helpful at the beginning so we gave them a try. The bathroom turned out okay but not the quality you would expect for the price that we paid. In short stay away. They work quality is not worth the money. You might want to buy your material from them because their store is very nice and their products are good quality, but be smart and use one of the contractors in town instead. We had other projects we would have had them do as well but no we know better.
