I called Jack and he scheduled the following day since I was waiting photo to open my house. Thanks for the fast response. 2) He stayed in my home for over 3 hours and the previous cameraman stayed here for 30 minutes. Thanks for the professionalism and attitude.   3) The following day before 8 am after photo day, Jack finished all work with amazing efficiency. 4) I was shocked when getting my photo and 3D walk-through.  Jack provided two versions for web with lower resolution and printed version with high resolution. They are all named and ranked with sequential number with rational logic, and they all look so beautiful with right angle and color background. Thanks for your consideration. Amazing! I can clearly see he devotes all his heart to take care of my expectation! Thanks, Jack!

I contacted SVP after our real estate agent said it would be 2+ weeks before his photographer could fit us in. SVP responded with in hours and was able to schedule for the next day. The beautiful, fully edited photos were delivered the following day. They were able to provide a stunning "twilight" shot even though they came at 10:30 in the morning. (Yay for mad Photoshop skills!) Side note: our agent took his own not-awesome photos and posted on MLS. I'm attaching a comparison. Photography is so important, especially in the Covid-19 era where there are no open-houses.

We've been getting more busy and need to start out sourcing everything. We came upon Danny's ad on Craigslist. Shoot him and email hoping that he was the real deal and not some weirdos. He responded back requesting for the property address to make sure it's not in a no fly zone. He was very responsive and immediately responded back and said we can fly. Immediately we schedule for drone shooting the next day. We spent a good couple of hours taking videos of the house and drone shooting. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us because we also wanted voice over in the video. It took him at least 20 takes before we got our lines right but he was very patient nonetheless. We couldn't have asked for a better person (on Craigslist at that). Thank you Danny! We look forward to working with you on many more transactions. The best and only way to charge a premium above fair market value is to focus on lifestyle. Good listings sell homes. Excellent listings sell lifestyle. To rise above the crucible of competition, our listing photography must reach beyond professional grade, and be truly epic. We need to reach Buyers viscerally, and every detail matters. Going on 20 years in this industry, I have rarely come across another outfit who grasps this as fully as Aerial Canvas. When Aerial Canvas came to our market, I was instantly struck by their amazing talent pool. They hire best-of-breed photographers, drone pilots, 3D tour experts, film editors, web developers, and production managers, etc. They are so far ahead of the competition, their work shines like a beacon. Beyond shooting inspired photography, with great lighting, angles, equipment, and style... Aerial Canvas also delivers a complete set of media deliverables that add value to my presentation, including a turnkey, property-specific, consumer-facing website. The site is organized so elegantly, and so powerfully, that I can confidently send it to anyone, for any use-case, and trust with 100% confidence that they will be wowed. Their back-end services are friendly, intuitive, instructive, and always available. Virtually no tech knowledge is required to edit the site by myself. And it even comes with analytics I can show clients that measure my impact. I cannot recommend Aerial Canvas highly enough. If you are looking to build your brand, let these guys take your business to the next level.

But the last job I hired him for, We rescheduled fine and took the pictures fine but then I guess he forgot me and left me hanging for over a week without pictures or any communication. Email after email had no response, text included. Until I finally emailed them on his new client form. I got them back but the link had the wrong address. I know he was busy that weekend but after requesting he fix the address several time, he has not responded. It was also supposed to include a video and 20 pictures for $550 and I only got 20 pictures for $550. Again I gave him time to settle back in and I emailed him requesting the aerial , there has been no response to date. I'm afraid something has changed and I no longer recommend. I must mention that I had one another incident (a few years ago) where he never emailed me the website address that was included in my package. And that time, like this one I emailed him and text him several times. He did not respond. Now I'm going to have to hire another photographer to do the aerial.
