We bought our first home with Dan as our realtor. I found Dan through my colleagues' referrals…read more What we needed was an agent who can explain things and tell us about potential issues that are not written in the listings, otherwise, we are perfectly capable of browsing the listings and going to open houses ourselves. Dan turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. He was always available to answer our questions on a short notice, and gave us useful feedback that directed and sped up our search. For example, in one case we were considering an apartment in Brooklyn, and he informed us that BQE repair plans might affect this apartment. This turned out to be true and an important factor in the future value of the property. Prior to contacting Dan, we were looking at listings and going to open houses for about 1.5 years. Within 2 months of starting to work with Dan, we already found our home and placed an offer that was accepted. Digs Realty also took us through the purchase process, which, for a first-time home buyer and especially for NY coops, can be a very complicated process. I later heard from a coop board member that they were impressed by how well-prepared and organized our coop application package (put together by Digs Realty) was. On top of all of this, on the closing day, we received a fat commission rebate check from Dan. This was also a significant benefit of working with Digs Realty, especially since the service we received was nothing less than what a full-commission agent provides. I recommend Dan to all my friends with no hesitation.

My daughter was moving from college in the Bronx to the upper West Side. The professionalism, courtesy and overall likability is beyond words. When you were paying someone to help you find a rental, you expect some bumps in the road, but there were no bumps. I knew what I wanted. My daughter knew what she wanted and Sharda again, used all the parameters to help us get what we wanted and needed. She shared thoughts and opinions when she deemed necessary, which were very helpful. Highly highly highly recommend. She knows her area very well!

The Nicole Gary team helped me and my husband purchase our Manhattan condo in October 2015. We had…read morean aggressive timeline owing to the fact that we had relocated back to the NYC and were temporarily living in corporate housing. Some background information: we were referred to Nicole by another Keller Williams agent, Chris Carozza. Chris had previously worked with us for our condo in Connecticut; he was always a consummate professional and we trusted Chris. Since we needed assistance outside of his market, we trusted that he would put us in good hands. Overall, our experience with Keller William, as a whole, has been terrific. Our interactions with Nicole and Corinne were exceptional from start to finish. Nicole "gets" the NYC market. I cannot stress how important it is to have an agent on your side who really understands the NYC market. This market is brutal- inventory here moves very fast, is high in cost and is constantly changing. She knows every nook and cranny of this city and will provide you with information that is crucial in the buying process. Nicole is very real, personable, funny and cares about you as a client and as a person. She genuinely cares to understand your buying needs and what you are looking for in a home. Whenever we asked questions or had concerns, she was always attentive to our needs and took the time and care to really understand what we were asking. Nicole is also very organized and diligent. My husband is an exceptionally Type A person and he very much appreciated her attention to detail. She is always responsive via phone/email and gives detailed feedback. We also worked with Corinne often for logistics; she was also very proactive, responsive and considerate in her emails. A big thanks to Corinne because she was an integral part in our entire buying process. We started looking in July 2015 and we closed in October 2015. We essentially had 3 months to complete the entire process; between the Nicole Gary team's professionalism and my husband's diligence, we were able to meet our deadline. We are very happy with our new condo and could not have done this without Nicole and Corinne. We have told Nicole that we will work with her again in a heartbeat if we ever want to rent, sell or buy property in the NYC market again. Thank you Nicole for everything.
