I asked the worker to help and he came over and told me to just wait for it to start working. After five minutes of it clearly not working and him not helping I threw away the chips and got my other food. At the register he tried to charge me for the chips too until I got pissed off. Like seriously? First time I didn't want to go back to a 7-Eleven and I used to live on top of one. Update: still constantly out of food I think all 7-elevens should have and today was the 4th time they had no chili, cheese, chips or sandwiches

The woman who works days is one of the rudest unwelcoming person that I've ever met. When you work with the public the least you could do is be a slight bit polite. I spend a lot of money in this establishment and to be treated the way she treats people is uncalled for. You would think the owner could do better with his employment screening process. I will not be spending my money there. Just so she'll remember me, I'm the one you told that I can't buy cigarettes if I don't purchase anything else. I'm also the one who made you fish my cup outta the garbage because your slurpee machine decided to have so much pressure it exploded all over the place, my shirt included. Instead of saying, I'm sorry about that. You wanted to know if I threw the cup away? The owner needs to get some quality help around there. Trust me when I say, I'm not the only one not wanting to patronize this store anymore. Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star to post. Get it together Sir.

Extremely disappointing customer service experience at the Pinckney Mugg & Bopps…read more I stopped in around 7 PM on Wednesday to pick up a pack of papers and a sparkling water. First, I was surprised by the drink selection. There was no shortage of soda, alcohol, energy drinks, caffeinated beverages and flavored drinks, but apparently very little available if you simply want plain, unsweetened, non-caffeinated sparkling water. When I approached the counter, the employee working was eating and then left for the restroom while I waited. A few minutes later she returned and apologized for not being ready to help me. I asked about plain sparkling water. She thought they carried some, looked, and found that they didn't. She then mentioned a caffeinated sparkling water they used to carry. I explained again that I was specifically looking for plain sparkling water without caffeine, sweeteners or other additives. Then I attempted to purchase the papers. I was asked for identification, which I have absolutely no problem with. I presented a valid federally issued identification card containing both my photograph and date of birth. I was then told that their store would not accept it. The bigger issue wasn't simply that the sale was denied unless I presented a valid State ID. It was how badly the situation was handled. When I questioned why a valid federal government-issued photo ID showing both my picture and date of birth wasn't acceptable and suggested that management review the policy, the response became increasingly dismissive and rude. Rather than listening to the concern or professionally explaining the policy, responsibility was pushed onto ownership. I understand that employees don't create company policies. But there is a professional way to explain a policy, listen to a customer, and communicate a concern to management. This interaction showed a serious lack of basic customer service and active listening. Management should review its identification procedures and make sure employees understand what forms of government-issued identification are acceptable. They should also consider some basic customer-service training on listening, communication, and how to handle a disagreement without becoming dismissive. Very disappointing experience. She didn't even stop stuffing her face to take care of me. I have no plans to return to this location and, based on this interaction, I'm not inclined to visit another Mugg & Bopps either.
