On Feb. 24th, 1988 at 9:00 am I went to see Barry to get hypnotized to quit smoking. I was a 2 pack…read morea day smoker. At 10:30 I walked out of his office with my cigarettes. He asked if I wanted him to keep them so I wouldn't be tempted and I said "no, let's see if this works". I felt really tired so went home and took a nap. I woke up a couple hours later and threw out them damn cancer sticks. I didn't feel like an ex-smoker, I felt like a non-smoker. To this day, 28 years later I haven't had a single puff of tobacco.
