Maybe she's an earth angel healer in disguise :P You know when you hit that space and time seems to stop and draw out as your workout punishment you do to your body is being ringed and smoothed out? I could feel all the muscle stuff and tension as it left, I just allowed myself to breath through it and enjoy the relaxation. I lost track of time it felt short and forever, but when the 90 minutes ended I felt like a new person. I drank lots of water ate a good meal, and the next day I had full mobility and just the slightest post workout soreness. Back to the gym, hill and then yoga. I have to also talk about Erin! She was warm, kind and understanding not to mention highly skilled. I tend to be self-reliant and like to do handle things on my own but she asked the right questions at the beginning and I felt really comfortable. What I loved was that she seemed to intuitively or expertly find the next upset muscle group and make it normal again and translated my vague description of my trouble areas. I am definitely going back and recommend her to any active person who wants to accelerate the results of training while soothing that painful after effects. The recovery time bonus is reason alone.
