Granted, some of the merchandise I still have no idea why (or how) you'd use it, but the proprietor was very friendly and approached her job in a professional and business-like manner. Based on her calm persona, I soon stopped giggling and wandered the store while my friend got some assistance. Okay, so on one side there are a lot of DVDs. Any type of thing you want, you can find. If you like little people of color, they can help you out. Then there were a lot of inflatable objects and a lot of things that could be used as restraints or some type of bondage things (see picture of the cute doggie mask). There was a whole wall of what I'm assuming were latex or silicon effigies of body parts. I was really too scared to look. The other room had lingerie and other outfits, along with a selection of lotions and/or lubricants. All in all, it was a very educational experience for me. Purchased an item on Sunday that had a defective remote. When we returned it today, unused, with…read morethe receipt, the woman confirmed that it was indeed defective but told us it was our problem not hers. Refused to exchange the defective item. Told us to contact the manufacturer directly. She refused to stand behind the product that was clearly defective and said that it's not her problem and couldn't care less if we took our business elsewhere. Side note, when I went to the manufacturers website (VeDO Toys, Ltd), I saw that the item we paid $81 for in this store was only $69.99 and has free shipping. Save money and avoid her bad attitude and buy directly from the manufacturer!
