I was looking for some BOGS hunting boots a few months ago while preparing to go deer hunting in…read moreNovember. I stumbled on Steelton shoes when I went to the BOGS website and Steelton were shown as one of their shoe stores selling POGS products. I visited their store and Sam fit me with a pair of BOGS boots and recommended Neo Sox to go with them. Wow, first time I don't freeze my feet hunting in November. The shopping experience was great for several reasons. Sam and his other employee are knowledgable in what they sell. They are also very people oriented and friendly. It's a totally different experience from shopping in a mall and being served by uncaring teenagers who know nothing of what they are selling. It is now my go to place when I need any kind of footwear. I've already made several purchases in the last month or so. Thanks Sam

I had ordered a pair of Propet Stability Walker shoes back a few months…read more They were defective and Sam called Ruth from Propet right in front of me. She says she is sending a free replacement pair, I can hear her on the phone talking with Sam. He hangs up the phone and proceeds to attempt to charge me $100, $80, then $50, for the free replacement shoes. Then he offers me to go into debt with him and 'owe' him the money. Sam turned into a greedy old man right in front of my face. After 10 years of buy shoes and good experiences, the true Sam shoes himself. Shame

This company operates on an unethical business model that exploits vulnerable individuals,…read moreincluding those struggling with addiction or mental health challenges who have limited income. For instance, they finance a product retailing elsewhere for $400 at a rate of $100 per month for 18 months, resulting in a total cost of $1,800. This exorbitant interest rate is predatory, particularly for low-income customers. Furthermore, the merchandise is of inferior quality and frequently consists of repossessed items from unsanitary environments. Even if a customer has already paid two to three times the retail value (between $800 and $1,200), the company will repossess the item if payments are missed. They reclaim items contaminated with bodily fluids, instruct employees to sanitize them superficially, and lease them to the next unsuspecting customer under the same predatory 18-month terms

How do get my bike done in the 1.5 hours of time available after work to have it ready for the 7:30 am ride to work. Well i called Velo, they had the needed parts, assured me if bike was there they would get me out without issue. So, the mechanic goes over my bike, i left to do other things. Less than 30 minutes later my bike was done. I received a text " your bike is ready" . Love this . Prices are as good as the internet prices , in some cases better, killer service, a staff that recognizes my particular needs, ( that's huge for me, for anyone really),and generally a bike shop that knows bikes very well. They are experts. They stand behind their work. Well done Velorution, see you again.
