Location, location, location ... that's what they say in the real estate business, but it's definitely just as important when choosing a place to stay visiting a new city. I was lucky to book Felix on a whim and have it turned out to be way more than expected. First off, Marcela was helpful beyond words. I received a personal call from her the day before arrival to finalize check-in details and if there were any special requests. The doorman and cleaning staff also needs a shout-out for being super professional. The apartment is located in the Condesa district and thoroughly enjoyed all the little tree-lined streets, restaurants and cafes. Everything is walkable. Felt very safe walking around Condesa. Even though it's a bit away from city center, Uber is super reasonable to use to transit around CDMX. Marcela arranged an upgrade to a massive 3-bedroom suite which felt like a luxurious home instead of a hotel. Wow. Just wow! All the amenities were top-notch. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in CDMX, you need to seriously consider Felix by Viadora. I'm a fan and will come back when in CDMX. read more

Twice they told me we had an agreement and I could move into an apartment and then they said no the apartment was already rented. Completely wasted my time. Do not trust these people. Don't know what scam they're pulling. I was willing to pay the overpriced rate they quoted. read more
