It's a 10 minute walk to the metro and to the shopping area. The annoying thing is you have to be buzzed out every time you exit, which doesn't make sense. Why can't you leave if you're already inside? I do appreciate the security but it's enough to just buzz people in. The kitchenette has bare essentials. They don't equip you with cookware so you'll have to buy a knife, cutting board, etc if you plan on cooking. There is fast laundry service. There is an unpleasant scent in the hallways and lobby. Not sure what that is. Recently my new neighbors have been fighting very loudly and making a lot of noise throughout the night. I can't imagine that others don't hear it too. I may have to switch rooms if it continues. I'll post an update if warranted.

I was lucky to book Felix on a whim and have it turned out to be way more than expected. First off, Marcela was helpful beyond words. I received a personal call from her the day before arrival to finalize check-in details and if there were any special requests. The doorman and cleaning staff also needs a shout-out for being super professional. The apartment is located in the Condesa district and thoroughly enjoyed all the little tree-lined streets, restaurants and cafes. Everything is walkable. Felt very safe walking around Condesa. Even though it's a bit away from city center, Uber is super reasonable to use to transit around CDMX. Marcela arranged an upgrade to a massive 3-bedroom suite which felt like a luxurious home instead of a hotel. Wow. Just wow! All the amenities were top-notch. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in CDMX, you need to seriously consider Felix by Viadora. I'm a fan and will come back when in CDMX.
