Finally, we had flooding in our basement. Twice, about 6 months apart. The first time, despite my anxiety, he managed to convince me that we should not grab someone for a Sunday emergency service, since that's going to be way more expensive. He was right, because at the time the issue was both intermittent and thus unsolvable. We didn't see the issue again for about 10 months. Fast-forward, and the issue happened again. This time we caught it and figured out exactly what needed to be done. His team fixed it quickly and hopefully, we won't see the issues again.

Very good and prompt in getting back to me but in all honesty I wound up going with someone else for half the price they had wanted to charge. I am inclined to say they do good work but at the time I called it was in the middle of a cold snap when it was a gold rush of sorts as this was happening all around and they were going to take advantage of the situation. I don't know if I would use them again as I had one very good experience and then avoided using them a second time and getting milked.

He gave me a few ideas and the price for this project, these team came by and gutted the entire shower to beams. The reinforced the wooden beams,updated the plumbing, waterproof the shower and added cement for durability. Then they tiled the walls and floors, which made the project POP ! The shower is now a home and garden showpiece.

Right after I had Wyatt from T Webber snake out 2 clogs in my house. We went around & checked out…read moremy 70 year old septic tank. The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . I called him to re-fix the leak, since I paid him $1200 to fix it. He said his truck was BROKEN. And on top of that mentioned he'll charge me extra to fix the leak he was originally supposed to have fixed. I went by the positive reviews, but I think most are fake. According to AI, fake positive reviews are rampant in the plumbing business. I also think he isn't licensed, or at least I couldn't find him in the database of NY state licensed plumbers. I'm kicking myself for being too trusting. I should've done more research. In any case, if you have to use this plumber, proceed with caution. May the force be with you!
