Tucked away in the Southeast region of Monterrey, it has a splendid view of town that lights up gently in the evening. The interior is open and has a modern rustic look, with a lot of wooden details and plants throughout the restaurant. It was very difficult to choose what to eat, but this was my meal: Risotto de Temperado: This was SO GOOD. So creamy and very seasoned. It is topped with what looks like chunks of vegan cheese and squash blossoms. My favorite thing I ordered! Spicy Dragon Roll: I know I know, I ordered Sushi in Mexico. But this obviously isn't fish and after I saw another yelper's photo of their sushi roll, I really wanted one. This is a giant roll that can easily be a meal on its own. There are a plethora of veggies inside with avocado sauce drizzled all over the top. The sushi roll was actually pretty good but the ONLY reason I didn't love it is because there is a lot of celery on the roll. The finely chopped veggie that the roll is topped with is mostly celery and I HATE celery. Personally, I despise the texture and flavor, but to another person, they may enjoy the added crunch the celery adds to the roll. Green Tea Mojito: I expected fresh muddled mint, but there was none. It was overall too sweet for my taste and the green tea tasted artificial. I still enjoyed how refreshing it was, but would choose something else next time. Service is prompt and pleasant as there were only 3 tables in the restaurant. There was definitely a language barrier since he couldn't speak English, but we made it work. There also isn't an English menu, but it is easy to figure out what dish is what. To any vegetarians/vegans/gluten-free folks traveling to Monterrey, I highly recommend Vegan Inc!

He spoke English well and was nice about answering any questions my friends and I had. I got three tacos with three different fillings...'they have about 8-10 options, including both mock-meat stuff, and more basic veggies. I got eggplant, nopales (auto-correct tried to change I it to noodles... authentic noodles taco) , and frijoles. The eggplant one was by far and away the best of the three. It was deeply savory and rich. Really liked it here and would definitely recommend it.

My boyfriend who's a vegan skeptic said that was the best spicy tuna he had ever had. I agree. The burger was a bit soggy so I wouldn't recommend it, but I was glad to satisfy my curiosity. I enjoyed the kid-size pizza. It was a lot with everything else I got tho. We also got the mango cheesecake and chocolate tortoise cake. I liked the chocolate cake better. I love trying new places and upon entering was greeted by a kind woman who asked me if it was my 1st time or not. I of course said first time and she proceeded to tell me everything they had. It all sounded really delicious to tell the truth and in my rush to catch the bus in the morning did not have time for breakfast so was very hungry. I decided to go with veggies from the salad are then pasta plus some tofu or falafel balls. It was seasoned perfectly and went back for a 2nd time for rice zucchini and papas. They also bought me a nice ice cold pitcher of cucumber lemomade water which was perfect to quench my thirst. When I was done I didn't was t to leave since there was air conditioner and I needed to charge my phone since alas it did not charge at night. When it was time to pay I had planned to pay with my credit card but he said there'd be a surcharge and auggested I do cash but I panicked because my peso supply was running low. Fortunately he let me pay half with card and half with pesoa so all was right with the world. He then even proceeded to tell me how to get to the casa de cambio as he saw I needed pesos.
