I have two indoor cats so we do not go to the vet often. Typically, our experience isn't great…read morebecause we go in for one issue and the veterinarian comes at us with a laundry list of things we need to do for our cat, in a very cold tone, which is overwhelming. That was NOT our experience here. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. The veterinarian was very pleasant to deal with providing options for our cat focusing on the reasons we came in. I am so glad we found this place and hope to call it our forever vet when our fur babies are in need of a visit.

For several years now, I have entrusted my pets to this veterinary clinic, and I refuse to go…read moreanywhere else. Like many pet owners, I've experienced other veterinary offices where it felt more about the money than the well-being of the animal. That is absolutely not the case here. This is the first veterinary clinic I chose to stay with because they genuinely care, not only about your pet, but also about you and your family. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with a smile, kindness, and respect. The staff treats every client with dignity, and more importantly, they treat every animal as if it were their own. You can feel their compassion, their professionalism, and their heart in everything they do. It is rare to find a team that balances exceptional medical care with such sincere compassion and understanding. Their priority is clearly the health, comfort, and happiness of your pet, not your wallet. I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone and everyone. In fact, I would recommend them even to my worst enemy, that's how strongly I believe in the care they provide. Kudos to every single member of this incredible team. Thank you for caring, for having heart, and for making such a meaningful difference in the lives of the animals and families you serve.

I called to make an appointment. The receptionist was very annoyed at me, i could tell in her tone…read more Then I chose the date with her and asked her the address and she said it's on 20A. I asked for the full address she said it fast and told me she had a lot going on and cant be answering all my question and was talking to the vet in the background and said " she keeps asking me stuff, here we go" So I hung up cause she told me she was too busy. The vet called me back and left a message and told me not to hang up and I was rude for doing that and to never call his office again. Maybe he should train his employee on her manners and thank me for not yelling at her as she was treating me awful and I never spoke rude to her. So don't call on a busy day I suppose!

This place works miracles. I am not a rich person and what most of the western ny clinics want to…read morespay and neuter is absurd. You would think that with the growing population of cats in most populated areas the Gov't would offer relief, I know they offer lowered fees for people on medicaid or welfare, heap etc.. but what if your on the borderline. Your only resort is to take a small loan from your bank to have your cat spayed/neutered. The aurora park clinic is very inexpensive $80 for spay/neuter and that includes shots for rabies and distemper. Very professional and very polite service I highly recommend them to anyone with the desire to save hundreds when treating your pets health care
