We had a horrible mouse problem at our lake home on Strawberry Lake, MN. We were beside ourselves as to what to do - nothing was working to keep up with the problem. We actually have two buildings (a trailer with summer/winter toy storage) and our garage (attached to the cabin with a snowmobile and a 4-wheeler). The damage was resulting in hundreds of dollars every year for vehicle repair/cleaning and the loss of pull behind boat toys due to chewing/nesting mice. Veteran's Pest control looked at what we were doing - commended us for our attempt(s) - then suggested a more highly effective and quicker result. This was the summer/fall of 2016. Their results were amazing! Population gone! With two curious large hunting dogs and many grandchildren - their solution WAS quick effective and safely done for everyone concerned! We were very happy and appreciate the fact they still check up on us and supply us with the must needed remedy for our "forever" problem. We called on a Saturday morning about a hornets nest. They were here within the hour. Great service.

I contacted Veterans a month ago and set up date and time for them to come to my home and spray for Asian Beatles. Not long ago I adopted four special needs children who were for over 2 years foster children in my home and who suffer from anxiety, PTSD, trauma and FASD. When they find Beatles crawling around their rooms at night their anxiety levels sky rocket and they are unable to sleep. A time and date was scheduled. The afternoon before the scheduled date, I had called to double check. I was then informed they more than likely would not be able to spray since the weather forecast was for rain. I fully understood and did ask that they spray as early as they can. This was about a month ago. I am assuming, due to the fact I have not received a bill and for the fact that Asian Beatles are now invading my home that they never came out to spray or if they did what they used isn't working. I have tried to contact them twice to see what is going on. They have not answered the phone and have not responded to the voicemail left for them to please call me back so that I know if they did spray or not. I have now contacted a different pest control business. read more
