Josh was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and provided a reasonable quote. Not only did we need a new driveway but we also decided on replacing the sidewalk and adding a back yard patio. Juan, the owner and his entire crew were so friendly and professional and really take pride in their work. October 28,2024 was tear out day and November 1, 2024 was pouring the concrete day. Everything went as scheduled and looks really great and definitely added value and curb appeal to our home. We can't wait to get back out there and fill in the surrounding areas with dirt and grass seed and finally get to use our stored patio furnishings. If you need concrete work PLEASE give them a call and I'm sure you will not be disappointed. UPDATED 11/17/2024 two weeks after my initial review. I emailed Juan the owner of 4WAY cement twice now since pouring our driveway on 11/1/2024 regarding the concrete sealer. He said he was going to seal the new driveway on Tuesday 11/5/2024 and both my emails have gone unanswered and the driveway still not sealed as of 11/17/2024. I may be dropping a star or two if our driveway isn't sealed by month's end. Stay tuned!

Absolutely do not hire this company! They are complete scammers. They charged me $3,200 to do a few…read morehours work and left mortar all over the bricks I paid them to replace. Adam, the guy who was in charge of the scam project showed up in his pajamas to collect the cash when the job was "finished". After noticing how much mortar was left on the new bricks Adam sent someone back to my house to "resolve" the issue. Whatever chemical they used to remove the mortar from the new bricks made its way onto my garage doors and ate through the paint. Not only did I get scammed out of a ridiculous amount of money for the work they did, but I had to repaint my garage doors. To put this in perspective, the materials cost the company no more than $200. Adam promised me extensive repair of lintels that were causing structural issues to my house. Instead of that, no lintels were repaired and his guys simply replaced brickwork. When I say that his workers were at my house for a few hours, I'm not exaggerating. Seriously the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. ZERO stars

Every estimate and job was handled with professionals from the service manager to the guys hauling the old broken concrete from the basement and hauling the fresh concrete back down. It's such a joy to know no matter how much it rains, we will have a dry basement! And the waterfalls that used to spill over the gutters have been replaced by the peaceful sound of water running over my head. The staff, product and installation are all 5 star!

There were a couple rips in the material, the taping on the seams between sheets zigzagged; and this is on the factory cut edge that's perfectly straight. They used the spray foam to adhere the tarp to the cinderblocks. Some spots have huge spray foam globs that sank and pushed the material out creating air gaps. The only way that can happen is there is a critical shortage of fasteners holding the material up, I've seen less than 10 on the whole job so far. There are spots where the spray foam looks like melted cheese, its disgusting. The entire area has a layer of dirt and hundreds of spray foam turds along the walls. The two 'doors' they put on for $1000 were 2x4 and pvc board with 2 screws, absolutely unacceptable. When I called to talk to the crew they said they had swept out the area, I laughed and hung up on those liars. There is numerous work material trash left under there including a 2 tank spray foam setup. They also spray foamed 2 interior walls that were not part of the work plan and didn't need it. I had the supervisor come out to take a look and he pointed out more things wrong and said this needed to get made right. Guess someone forgot to write something down because when the next crew came to make repairs, they didn't have the materials they needed cause it wasn't written on the work service order thing. It's a month later and I still haven't received any before or after photos from them of their work but boy am I glad I went down there and took my own. I know it can be grueling work, but for something that is supposed to bring peace of mind about your home, this has been a nightmare. If you need go with anyone else
