Wonderful, inviting restaurant with delicious Italian food! They have been in business since 1982…read moreand are run by an Italian family. I swear that, in all the years we have been coming here to eat with the family, the owner/grandfather greeted us in Italian -- partially because my in-laws used to live in Italy and speak fluent Italian. My husband still gets the "Italian" treatment... lucky him.
My personal favorite are their pizzas (yes, of course, a real wood oven) and my children swear by the lasagna.
Through the years I have crafted my own version of a "great" pizza, by ordering a plain pizza and adding gorgonzola and aetichokes. I cannot explain the flavor combination, but the tartness of the artichokes and creaminess of the gorgonzola compliment and expound upon each other.
They have Pellegrino, Grodino, and a full bar with (home-made) limoncello: nomnom.
If you're stuck in Ede and considering my Bernardo's icecreamery, go here first for dinner!
