I needed my batteries changed in my smoke detector and David B came and did that for me. While he…read morewas there I asked him to check my dryer and he did that as well. I also had trouble with my garbage disposal and he fixed that for me as well. He was very efficient and brought me information on the garbage disposal. He told me that if there was an emergency situation how to contact maintenance such as flooding that couldn't wait. He is a very friendly man and I appreciate that quality in a person. He has done maintenance for me before and I appreciate his kindness and efficiency. He is a valued employee at Wayfare.

Using the word inept to describe them would be too kind. The buildings look good on the outside, but are VERY noisy apartments, no sound insulation for plumbing, dogs barking, flushing toilet sound wakes you at night. Frightening sound like an apocalypse. You pay $35 for trash, $35 for pest control (never done), $35 added to electric bill for "vacant apartment costs" (you are paying $400/yr for when apartment is not rented). A wonderful place to live if you are deaf, have very low standards, and very wealthy
