At the appeal hearing it turned out that the Commonwealth Attorney had not agreed to what I was told by Tom. This led to further costly delays until a dismissal could finally be achieved. Along the way there were repetitive non answered emails and unreturned phone calls. The most egregious behavior belonged to Attorney Jennifer Guida. She interacted and spoke to me in the most disrespectful and rude manner I'd ever experienced from someone who claims to be a professional. There are many attorneys you can hire.
