sales department was good, their service department sucks. I had an issue with a Jayco Door…read moreclosing, I had to slam it from like 3 feet out from the inside to latch, when I reported it to the service department, they told me that was within tolerance, that kept the seal. Nope, I went camping walked around to other Jayco Trailers, they all closed very easily. One guy said he had this problem and applied a squirt of WD40 and it fixed it, I did, and it was fixed. I wouldn't trust GARV to fix anything ever again. Both my service advisor and the service manager both said that was normal. If I broke the door off, they would fix that. but not the closing.
