While I was not told to be 10 minutes early, I still understand the importance of being a few minutes early. That being said, I arrived at 7:56 am, baby on my hip and exhausted from dealing with strep throat for two weeks. She proceeded to scold me in front of the front desk and then again in the room. Normally it's pretty amusing when a boomer throws a tantrum, but I was sick, technically on time, and didn't need to be blamed for "throwing everyone off schedule". She took forever with my vitals, and then said it was only a 20 minute appointment, so she had to leave immediately. Okay? I didn't know the appointment time length. Dakota came in and was amazing as always, and I walked out just as she was bringing the next patient back. The blank stares while asking questions and then scolding me doesn't work

I called Dr Yeggy's office, provided extensive demographic information and was then asked if there was someone that I wanted to see. I said yes, Dr Yeggy as she appears to have privileges at Legacy and Providence. The practice attendant quickly said "her practice is closed"". When I shared that the insurance web site lists her as accepting new patients the attendant yelled: "SHE'S NOT SEEING NEW PATIENTS!" Dr Yeggy may be wonderful, but her office staff are horrific and not worth the bother.

Very poor communication. I messaged my new primary care doctor, who I've only been able to meet…read morewith once in four months, to get a blood test for measles antibodies (something which is time-sensitive and which I need in order to maintain my employment) and I heard nothing back for two weeks. I called several times in the meantime and kept getting told different things and getting put on holds in which no one answered the phone. After being put on hold during several different calls and having no one answer, I finally got connected to a Scheduling Supervisor, who was rather rude. I told her I was frustrated and she said she'd been yelled at all day by patients and "was taking it out" on me. I just don't understand how a doctor can simply not respond to a patient's messages for two weeks and give no update...that just seems completely irresponsible. Seeing some of the other reviews for this place makes me think this is a common problem. I'm now off to find a new doctor.
