P Skulley is handling my aunt's estate and he has been very slow in processing forms for getting…read morethe court's approval of the chosen executor. This is a critical step because all other steps in the distribution of the estate can't start until the executor is approved by the probate court. My aunt passed on 06/04/19 and here we are 5 months later near the first week of November and none of the required notices have been sent to the heirs. When inquiring as to when they will be mailed I've been told early next week for the last 6 weeks. So these attorneys are SLOW moving. My fear is the delay is just so they can bill the estate for a longer period of time. Katrina C.

I was referred to the Law Offices of Colonna & Doyle by a friend who was very pleased with their services. I see why! During my 1 year of treatment I had to deal with having my car repaired and a rental car and all of the hassles that came with that. The medical bills were getting higher and higher and my stress level could have been as well, but, I never had to deal with anything. All I had to do was email anything I had received for copyas, etc to their offices and that was it. I dealt with Daniela, and I have to say she handled and was on top of every aspect of my case. All I needed to do was go to my appointments and work on my healing and getting back to normal. She checked in with me weekly, sometimes more, and kept me up to date on everything. I came to depend on her for everything, and I was never let down. I cannot say enough about the level of dedication and kindness that I was shown and the feeling of relief that I did not have to go through this process blindly. I had the utmost confidence in the team at Colonna & Doyle and I thank them for helping me along the way and in turn coming to a resolution that was successful. Thank you to everyone! I am VERY disappointed in the inadequate services when I refinanced my condo in 2016. My original…read moremortgage was through Mass Housing, and included 2 loans as part of a first-time homebuyers program. They neglected to discharge BOTH mortgages that I had, which I was made aware of now that we are selling the condo and buying our dream house. I've been trying to get this resolved for 2 WEEKS - with no results. Their closings team has been good at responding to let me know they are working on it, and has been very nice, but has not understood the level of urgency and that time is of the essence. Since we are closing in WEEKS, I had to escalate this myself...and after LOTS of redirecting phone calls, I finally got Mass Housing to help me. I cannot believe the ineptitude of their services - how can you pay off TWO mortgages, but only discharge ONE?!?!?! Be warned - if you hire this law firm, be prepared to double check to make sure they ACTUALLY finish the job.
