She reviewed my numbers carefully and pointed out deductions I would have overlooked, including car loan interest and how to properly report a retirement withdrawal. She is thorough. She helped me understand my W2 withholdings and how things like 401Ks and IRAs affect my tax return, which I had never fully understood before. I also learned about credits I did not even know I qualified for, like retirement contribution credits, which made a big difference. I have one child and have been filing head of household for years, and she made sure everything was done correctly while maximizing my refund. She has also helped my mom with her daycare business. She showed her how to properly deduct expenses like diapers, food for the kids, toys, and other supplies, which helped lower her taxable income and pay much less in taxes. She also explained that small businesses need a Business Tax Registration Certificate, something many small business owners overlook because they are not aware of the requirement. Very knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about helping her clients. Highly recommend.

I was told several times to come back and I did so with each time no service is being rendered now we're in the month of June. I had to go to the office and request my son's documents back now. His taxes are late now he has a penalty and I'm very frustrated with Gloria in business. It doesn't matter what you have going on personally at the office is open. The next person should be able to assist any client that comes in however that's not the case in this location and for this reason, I will not be back. I would not refer a friend and I'm very disgusted because I thought our relationship was better than this. Apparently we don't matter peace
