He booked Jeanette and she was a delight to work with. The pedicab was a surprise for me, and I had the best time exploring Downtown San Jose. Jeanette arrived on time, was very professional, and I felt safe at all times with her as the driver. She was open to any stops that we wanted to go to, was helpful with taking photos for us, and was very flexible with the time. (We went a couple of hours overtime and she was gracious about it.) Fast forward to a year later, my husband booked them again for our one year anniversary. Again, it was a surprise for me. He essentially recreated our first date, and ended up proposing to me at Christmas in the Park. Our pedicab driver was great and took video footage and photos of the proposal for us. Priceless memories that I'll always cherish! When it was time to plan our wedding, we wanted to incorporate the pedicab somehow. We reached out to Jeanette, and ended up renting one of their pedicabs and had a friend drive us into the wedding reception as part of our grand entrance. We surprised our guests and they all loved it! We used the pedicab afterwards as a prop for photos for all our guests and it was a huge hit! Needless to say, we are so happy with this company and the services they provide and have used them (and will continue to use them) to show friends around downtown SJ.
