These people are absolute morons when it comes to running a flea market…read more The first time I tried to attend one the idiot directing traffic had the entire Frontage Road, both sides, blocked for a quarter mile in each direction because of their stupid rule of one car in for one car out. I bypassed the line on my motorcycle and found the lot wasn't even close to full. This last weekend I bought a small item in one section and was stopped in my tracks by the "security" on the next section who told me to check the bag at the table. I went to the table and the lady there told me it was OK to bring the bag in...but when I tried SHE stopped me again. WTF. Now there was no signage or warning to customers but I was supposed to know intuitively that: 1. I was expected to check the bag at a table outside each section, 2. I was expected to get a ticket for the bag, and 3. I was expected to repeat the operation before entering the next several sections. The lady admitted directly this was to prevent shoplifting (of cheap, nearly worthless donations) and they had no problem treating EVERYONE like a potential thief. I haven't seen such a SNAFU goatfark like this since I left the Navy. No more.

I've had many roles in the church and am currently the youth pastor. I can't say enough good things about the leadership in place. They have been encouraging and supportive throughout my calling to serve there. I can telling you that my relationship with God has grown stronger and His greatness continues to amaze me. There are times that sickness didn't allow me to attend, but I'm grateful for the live stream on YouTube. I hope you find a church as loving and caring as Desert Grace.
