If you want a delivery logistics provider that will anger your business's customers (guaranteed!) -hire Verst Logistics. Lowes uses them and they are absolutely useless in helping customers get answers and information about their orders. Thank you Sebastian, rep at Verst, for wasting my time. They just transfer you back to other numbers (I.e Lowes Warhouse) and you get disconnected. Called them 3 times and each time they were useless. I should have purchased my appliances from another Big Box retailer that has better delivery services (ie Best Buy). Wasted a whole work day waiting for the no-show. This is not the first delivery fail involving Lowes and Verst Logistics. Useless company. read more
