Within a day, he replied and I was booked within the timeframe that I wanted. However, he became ill and we had to move to another date and time. BUT, he informed me well in advance, he updated me on his condition, and I was able to rebook quickly and by my deadline. I definitely was not worried that he would 'flake' out on me. He calls, texts, and emails! When I arrived, he was very friendly, welcoming, and easy going. We took several photos and he and I discussed which one was the best. I use the word discuss because we can be our own worst critic so having that professional opinion was helpful. He also told me not to worry about the flyaway hairs as he would edit that out.
