At the times I go I am able to get my workouts done without having to wait. The place itself is clean and most of the gym goers do clean after themselves once they get done using the equipment. Also, I see people mention the A/C on here for not just this gym but others too (christis, vero fitness) These people are probably working out around the busiest time of the day after work (more people more body heat). When we work out we generate even more heat, and the poor A/C can only keep up so much! Either put up with it, or go during a less populated time!!! It's for all gyms!!!

The dedication, patience and positive energy put into each lesson made me incredibly comfortable. However, it does have everything you would need to get a good workout in! There are various barbells, dumbbells, and a few cardio machines as well. It is very clean and contacting them for a week pass was great. I just e-mailed and was able to get access to it for a very reasonable price. Wife is a Vet and her comment was it seemed the odd ones listed were more like MAGA hero's. Biggest issue was my wife felt she was a piece of meat and gawked at when she went alone during the day. That was the nail in the coffin.
