Loved this car wash and always came here. I lived pretty close but moved further away and still drove 30 minutes to get my car washed here. Unfortunately while looking for my drying rag, I opened the trunk to a bunch of water from the wash having had soaked all of my stuff. My trunk was closed and I know it being open was impossible because my car sounds repeatedly until it's closed. Then while drying the car, I notice the damage in the photo (trim hanging out and metal piece lodged out of place). I asked an attendant about it who called over the manager. The manager says that that part of my car is too loose and they have a sign saying they aren't responsible. That's fine. However he was so short with me about it. The thing is, I've brought this car to this wash twice before (and my last car multiple times) and had no issues, no water in the trunk and definitely no damage. The entire wash I noticed how rough it was and commented to my mom on the phone about how rocky the ride was and how it felt like the brushes were beating up my car (although I've said car thus far, I have an SUV for reference). When I brought this up to the manager, he said it wasn't the brushes that damaged it, it was the air... so he knew. I also found while drying that my license plate was all bent up too which was easily fixed but jeez Sad that this will be my last experience here but at least my car is clean read more

It's not a hand wash and no one dries off or gets the smudges off when it comes out. But for the price and speed, it's good enough for me. They have three different levels of car washing so you can choose what works best for you. Free vacuums but they get bussssssssssssssy on the weekends. Sometimes so busy that the line goes down the block just to get in. BEWARE, Do Not Go Wash your car here! I no longer recommend this car wash. I had always had a good experience, and came to wash my own new car here since it opened in 2019 and had no problems at all, until today. The old Hispanic guy who they got supervising outside by the vacuum stations decided to kick me out for no reason. He asked in a rude tone, if I was leaving, noticing that I was still vacuuming my suv and there were plenty of other open vacuum stations. This Hispanic worker was very rude and didn't care if I was not finished and just pointed to the 20 minute sign. I know this worker was receiving the order from his supervisor/boss through his handheld radio. I did not want to make a scandal, so I just told the worker, I'm not finished because I have a big car and SUV but since you're rushing me, I'm going to leave now but tell your supervisor/boss that they're losing a good loyal customer. I didn't feel comfortable anymore, I felt rushed and very discriminated. After, I paid $20 for my wash and vacuum time. This is ridiculous! I have an suv and I'm a woman, so it's not easy for me to just rush and finish in 10 minutes and leave. So, inconsiderate. Meanwhile, there are other people taking their sweet time, not just drying and vacuuming their cars but also detailing and cleaning the tires, who have been there for longer than 20 minutes. I personally won't be returning to this car wash anymore. I was so relieved to find a drive thru car wash somewhat near downtown. It's in Ktown so not too far. The cashier when you enter and select your service level was very friendly. My car got super clean and I liked seeing all the other korean ladies like me drying their regular cars like mine in the drying/vacuum area! I had not done a drive thru car wash in L.A. for the 8 years that I lived there. I just either had it washed by other people or I washed my car myself in a pay bay. If I still lived in L.A. For a quick $8 wash and use of the vacuum is a great value. You will need a towel for a little touch up to dry some areas on your car to make your car happy. Wheels seems to be acceptably clean. We had the worse experience this last saturday it was my niece 15's so my brother in law took the car to get it clean but it turn out horrible. Until this day i cant believe i let this person do this to us. He was so racist, my brother in law ended with a pre heart attack. Why because he said it was our fault that the car got out of the line he said that is because out alignment was bad or because the tires were new or that because it had a car accident. And when we ask if he was going to pay for the damages to our car he said no and now you have to pay for the time the carwash was not working. He didn't care that my brother in law was feeling bad, when i ask him to call an ambulance he said no if its important then call it your self. I had to call an ambulance and the cops so he can let us go because he asked my brother in law for his driver's license and since he dont have one he called the cops first and closed the door from his office and said we couldn't go. Since everything has gone up, it was time for me to search for alternatives in the upkeep of my lifestyle --- meaning being able to afford my rent and food! I cannot not get gas sooo, i'll choose other options to save money. Yep, i choose not to get my car washed at work but instead use the drive thru service. They have different options, i would normally choose the 2nd one for added service. They give you 2 hour free vacuum but it usually gets packed so i just drive off without drying my car or vacuuming the insides of my car. Over-all, this place does the job. I am very reluctant to try new car washes, especially machine ones, but due to location and reviews, I gave this place a try. The line was long but moved quickly. I did notice that for some reason the gate on the right let more cars in than the left, so I waited longer than someone behind me which was frustrating. The overall wash was quick, but I noticed it didn't get a lot of the spots and residue off of my car. It really only took off the exterior dirt and dust, which is fine, but for almost $20 I expected more. I had to do a 360° scrub of the car with wax that I had in my car to really get it clean. The most upsetting part is this giant scrape on my hood that wasn't there before. I might be able to take it to a retailer to get it buffed out, but it's more time and money. I wish I would have driven the extra distance to go to my usual place. The scrape is very noticeable, especially being on the front hood without any other marks. read more

After I ran my car, the bird poop was was still there along with some spots. I asked Ken (manager) if I can run my car again as it it's still dirty. DO NOT GO HERE!!! So I was already hesitant due to other reviews but I didn't want to drive all the way to my go to wash in highland park (GO THERE!!!) Anyways. I purchase the most expensive wash at $18 (my go to spot is less than this plus they give you air freshener and a wipe packet for your interior) When I pull up to the wash the employee only has a little spray bottle. No brushes or anything which was weird to me. Once I got out of the wash and to the vacuum area, I immediately see that my car is far from clean. Like bird poop still on my car...you could even run your hand across and you would have dust/dirt on your finger. Not to mention, there are all of these spots on my car where the paint is now chipped due to the wash. Cheap, fast carwash. Does the job for what it's supposed to. The price increased slightly, think it's $8 for a basic carwash now, was $7 before. They have monthly subscription packages too. Sometimes there's a small line but it moves fast. Clean & easy enough area to get to, next to major busy road & shops so quite safe. There's a lot of customers, using vacuum etc. so good amount of in and out flow. Overall great place for quick, cheap carwash whenever needed. Honestly it does the job, car looks pretty much same as when I paid 30-40 plus for handwash, which took 30-60 mins. You can use the free vacuums to vacuum inside your car better than the handwash places (they always miss spots). The only thing is theses express car washes sometimes misses some spots on the outside or bugs on the windshield, but driving my car regularly it gets somewhat dirty again within a few days and you can just use a rag to get the minor spots that got missed for well less the money & time. read more

This is the perfect quick car wash. You pay (or get your barcode scanned), a guy directs your wheels onto the automated machine, and it's shower time for your car. After you're done there's a green light indicating that you can leave. There are several bays to vacuum and detail the car afterwards too. Doesn't get simpler than this. For those who are put off by some negative experiences, keep in mind that this machine probably cleans dozens of cars per day that have dirt, grime, small rocks, and other impurities that can wear down the coating on your car's paint. So I'd advise that you don't bring a car you love here and instead pay $40+ to have it properly detailed somewhere else. This is the place you bring your beater, leased car, or rentals because it's cheap, fast, and gets the job... somewhat done. Ive been coming here since the "new management remodel " I came at 7:50 Knowing they closed at 8pm, thinking cool it takes literally 1 min to drive through the machine to wash the car, and have enough time to vacuum quick. But the car that I brought to this car wash today 2/15/2020 is I know scratch free cause I just bought it brand new 2020 model. It made a huge scrapping scratch and dent in the left side of my hood and it scrapped the side panels of my windshield window. I know its from them cause my car is just freaking brand NEW!!
