On Thursday he called me and said due to the truck breaking down, it would be delivered on Friday. On Friday I was called and told it would be the next Tuesday. Just want everyone to know.....you cannot believe what they SAY. The Manager Bo was very unconcerned about my problem but did return my payment. Why would anyone want to have just a case for a game? I am very disappointed and upset, I spent a lot of money on this system and thought I was getting a deal with a few extras, but nope, its very embarrassing to give someone a gift and they open a case that is empty. This is very deceiving on the part of Best Buy. Very upset about this, and just think that they should put case only on the item, or remove it from the free items.
