Absolutely terrible customer service. I had an issue with not receiving a promo on my bill so I called them. I was told they would look into it and call me back. I received no return call so I called again 2 days later and was told they would need to talk to the manager and would call me back in 1-3 business days. 10 days later and still no one has responded. I highly recommend you go elsewhere or just purchase all from Verizon direct and avoid this location! read more

Very pleased with this location. They work their very hardest to help you, and if they can't offer a solution, they are able to offer multiple possible ways to solve your problem. Makes going to Verizon a little less of a pain. read more

The service at the Estherville store was terrible/rude. Since we are on a Verizon plan we made the drive to Okoboji. Chris set us up with 2 new phones that best suited our needs. He was knowledgeable, courteous and handled all our needs. We highly recommend this store. read more

Verizon I got my phone from here the worker who helped me was very bossy and did not listen to me…read more She went and grabbed a bunch of accessories and started putting on screen protector on my phone and camera and didn't even ask me if I wanted it. She just put it on. Which I thought was extremely rude because she didn't even ask me if I wanted it. I told her I did not want to buy a phone case and she basically made me and I felt threatened. The people here need to understand not everyone is made of money and just want the phone NO ACCESSORIES. But no they are up your a** because they make commission on it even tho you might not want to buy there over priced accessories.
