The lady we talked to, first of all was not very nice in her tone. Then told us, "We don't go to Neenah for service". She said call this number and gave me a number for a third-party service company. It turned out to be "Sears Appliance Service". We had to wait three days for a tech to come. When he came and took the washer apart, he did not have the part. he said it was common part with GE, but they don't stock it. It had to be ordered. Another three days to get the part. You have to call when the part arrives to set up another appointment for installation of the part. Another three days. We will NEVER buy from Silica again.

The customer service is less than desirable, subsequently I'm having a different shop re-do the tint. They did not include Sirius Radio which I asked for, after the job was done I was told they could go back and add it but I would have to pay for another module. That would have been fine if the did it in the first place as I asked. I will not go back there nor try to communicate with them, the just talk in circles.
