Ferdnando Bailey provided excellent customer service during a process I expected to be frustrating. He was knowledgeable and very patient with me, despite being very clearly busy. He worked quickly but never made me feel rushed as the customer. This location is very lucky to have Mr. Bailey! read more

I had purchased a phone back in September at a lower price which does not reflect on my bill. After reaching out many times to the store manager and owner, they have sent me through the ringer and constantly tell me they are looking into it, but never respond to me. I have been a customer with Verizon for 12 years and had never had a problem until I went to this store. I hope my experience is not normal, but be careful here. read more
