Lori was very helpful when we picked up our phone. She explained everything and gave us accurate instructions on how to complete the set up of our new phone. If I could leave no stars I would. This place is s the worst. Not only did they screw us over when we were upgrading our phones but they also defrauded my elderly in-laws out of over $500 when they went in to cancel a phone line and an employee opened up a fraudulent account using their bank number, then 8 months later refused to let them cancel the account. DONT GO HERE. read more

I would rate a zero star option if I could! Service was extremely poor. Watched unload sleeping baby and toddler from car. Tried not to slip on the ice to be told you have to have an appointment. Let me mind you I can't use my phone because it doesn't work so therefore couldn't call to schedule an appointment. Was told I couldn't bring anyone in with me (2 littles under the age of 4). Being a mother with no family in town makes that extremely hard. Needless to say the OTHER Verizon store went ABOVE and BEYOND to help! He greeted us with a friendly smile and was more than willing to help! The other lady obviously didn't want to work today... read more

The service is bad everywhere the sales,reps will try to pressure you into buying accessories and they always lie to you. The reps always lie to you and they have awful customer service. They told me I was eligible for an upgrade after 30 days but I went in there and they told me I could not do it for another 4 months after I have already had my phone for a month. I can tell you right now NEVER GET VERIZON there is no PHONE company that is as bad as verizon I always see my friends with different providers and they have reception but I dont. Not even in omaha. I'm a senior citizen and a disabled veteran I felt I was lied to at and of. Terrible store if I could give zero I would. Stay away from this store. They will pressure you into buying a new phone and forget to tell you the fine details until after you turn in your old phone. I felt that I was ripped off and there's nothing I could do about it. I wanted thick flat metal wire, which I have seen at other locations, but did not find here. I also wanted a large gold arched frame, but it seems that most of the photo frames in stock are small to medium in size. Overall, this store has plenty of items to look through, and has all the usual sales you can expect at Hobby lobby! The customer service is exceptional, as always, plenty of staff around, and they are all happy to assist. I'm so thankful this story exist in Columbus, as a new resident! I will definitely become a regular here in no time!!
