I came in, not needing anything, but found a pair of red Adidas sneakers on clearance that I have been eyeing for months! The store is kept clean and neat, and things are easy to locate. There is plenty of staff around, if you need to ask for assistance. I ordered a pair of boots and paid for 2 day shipping on them. I was told I would receive them by 12/09. When I went to check the shipping status on 12/8 it had shown that they had not even shipped yet. When I contacted customer service they could not tell me anything but that I should receive them in 5-10 days. I then asked them if that was so then why did I pay for 2 day shipping for. Now I woke up this morning to an email saying that the order was cancelled because item was not available but yet you can order it still on there website. This company is a joke to buy from and their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! Well 3 strikes and you are out!!! I will not be buying from them ever again!!!!
