I went in to the Cellular Sales Verizon store to upgrade my phone. I am one of those people who are still stuck in the 90's and don't know much of anything about smart phones. The sales rep Tamara, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I asked several questions that she was more than willing to answer. By the way, the stop was totally random. I was visiting family while in the area and just decided to go in. Again, Tam was great. I didn't feel pressured to purchase any particular phone. And at the end of the day, I walked out with something that I liked. So, if you are ever in Graham and decide to get a phone, stop here. Just be sure to ask for Tam! read more

Good luck getting anyone to make eye contact, much less help you. I went in today and while everyone had a customer, not one person acknowledged me standing there for 10 minutes. Nobody said, "Be with you soon" etc. Shortly after I walked in, a gentleman came in and stood and waited, and he was not acknowledged either. Rude @ss people. I walked out and won't be going back. read more

So recently I had a technical support problem with my sims card. I had spoke to verizon and said to go to my local verizon store. Granted this isnt a corporate store , but they will sale you Verizon service so I thought they could help. Technical support let me know that I needed a new sims card. As I entered the store due to COVID-19 there was a wait "Ok I get it!" final my turn came and the store rep "with his slicked back ponytail" literally told me I had an apple issue ( Ive been a apple customer since 2009) so i knew that wasn't true . Then he told me her couldn't help with that problem that they dont do technical support. ( So I asked if he could call technical support because I obviously didnt have a phone) So he did .I then was given the phone ( Cross contamination during the COVID-19 pandemic) and told i had to speak with them.( Not one time did he think to pull up my account) Then after being on old for about 5 mins the rep Christoper (whom was great) asked to speak with the instore rep and told him to give me a sims card. after back and forth between me and the rep Long and frustrating story short he finally gave me a sims card. That I had to activate . Let me tell you the whole experience was bogus and someone not wanting to do the job they are paid for . I remained calm the whole time. This store is right around the corner from my house but I will travel to Burlington or Mebane before I step foot into this location again. This is where I started my Verizon service and I almost ended it there yesterday too. 4/14/2020 to be exact . Oh and to top it off he had a buddy outside (some random guy) he was outside enjoying a cigarette with as I exited the building . Bravo !!!!! read more

I had the pleasant opportunity to work with Ryan Medley at the Verizon store in Graham. I needed advice and guidance with a situation involving my personal cell and business. Ryan helped me find the best phone and plan for my situation. While there my daughter had an issue with a screen protector that she had purchased somewhere else. Ryan too k the time to examine and diagnose what her problem was. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I strongly recommend him for your Verizon needs. Thanks Ryan!! We will be back and I'll send all my family and friends your way. read more

It offers mailing, and some printing services, as well as Amazon package drop-off (which means it sees a lot of foot traffic throughout the day). Although the store is very busy, the employees keep everything running smoothly for the most part. The store is always clean and organized, and the staff is friendly. My only "gripe" is that the reception for mobile and WiFi service in the building is horrible, so when going to pull up an Amazon code for a return, it is often difficult. Although the store has guest WiFi for customers, no one seems to know how to access it. The manager has made it a habit to tell people to go to the cafe next door and purchase something to use their customer WiFi. This is instead of researching what the UPS WiFi password is. I found that inconvenience a bit off-putting, so I don't frequent this location like I used to. Thankfully, Amazon has added a new feature that allows me to add my product return labels to my Apple Wallet before going in, so I no longer need the WiFi, but still. Customers should be directed to leave your store and go to another store and spend money, just to use your services. That's weird. I appreciate the convenience and the fast, friendly service, but the value is a bit questionable at this location for me. Especially when one has to spend additional money just to return a package for free. I recommend you visit at your own risk. :)
