Okay, let me start with the boring stuff. It's very easy to schedule a deposition date and time in part because they have several rooms available in their Tustin office. The court reporter was already in the room and set up when I arrived. Often this doesn't happen when you are using an attorney's office. Also, it is very easy for them to make copies of any documents you may need during the deposition, whether or not you use them as actual exhibits. It's also nice that you don't have to pay for any travel time. Although having a nice facility is going to cost a little bit more, just the professional benefits outweigh the extra cost, in my opinion. Now for the fun stuff. First of all not only do they have great deposition and conference rooms but also a very spacious waiting area. There is also a refrigerator with water and sodas as well as a fountain drink dispenser like the kind you would find at any fast food restaurant. There's also an assortment of snacks as well as fresh-baked cookies. Finally there is the K cup coffee maker which has all sorts of great choices of coffee and tea flavors as well as a nice variety of creamers. Oh, yes also the popcorn machine. Say goodbye to burnt microwave popcorn forever. I'd rather do my all work here rather than going back to my office! In addition to all of these advantages, is the friendly and professional staff and ownership. Although it sounds like something of a cliché you really do feel at home when you are having your deposition or mediation or other legal meeting at this facility.

I scanned the original paper transcript and OCR'd it myself for less than $8 bucks... M&M Reporting is a perfect example of doing shady business.
