My mother had watched our daughter for the first year and I was very nervous to now be bringing her to a daycare / school. She started out in the baby room and adjusted very quickly to her new environment. The teachers were wonderful in distracting her while I snuck out of the room. I think it was harder on me than her. Over the past 3 years, she has moved up to the 4 year old classroom and still wants to stop by the little classrooms and say hi to the teachers. The turnover rate for teachers is extremely low. Whenever there is a new teacher, they immediately come over to introduce themselves. The teachers are outstanding! The director Melissa and the assistant director Tawanna are amazing. Whenever I have had a question, they are always available to answer my questions and I do not feel rushed. Both of them know everyone's name... both children and parents. They have a structured lesson plan and lots of events throughout the day from reading, circle time, and tons of different stations. My 4 year old knows simple addition, her letters, can count in English and Spanish, knows a lot of Spanish words (and has even taught me) and also some sign language. She is even spelling simple words. She will be more than ready for kindergarten when the time comes. I became very sick last year and everyone in the center was very supportive in helping me any way I needed. I do not think I would have had this support anywhere else. While I was sick, I continued to drive her out to this daycare (over 35 minutes from home) instead of moving her closer to home (which would have been easier on me) but I did not want to take her anywhere else. Everyone is truly dedicated to the care and safety of the children. I have met many of the other children's parents and have become friends with them over the years. We are always at one of the children's birthday parties throughout the year. I absolutely would recommend this center (and have) to anyone looking for a "warm, family oriented" environment.

They are now 7 months old and I know that it's because of the ladies in the infant class that my preemies have developed and grown as much as they have. It also doesn't hurt that they are directly across the street from the Manassas City Police Department! I know my twins are safe and secure here and I'm glad I made the choice I did. She seems to always know what to say to calm down our 4year old when he feels fussy, and that is a task in itself. The staff is extremely attentive and you can tell that they truly care about caring for our young while we are busy with our adult lives throughout the day. The entire staff at Everbrook has created an all around positive and nurturing environment for our preschooler. It starts with the top leadership under Hannah and Faith who lead by example and takes care of their team by valuing them. When teachers are happy our children are happy. The school is always clean and maintained. The teachers are always finding creative and innovative ways to create fun learning environments. The leadership isn't over the top or overbearing with communication or requests from the parent community. The principals and teachers here are beyond dedicated, putting in long hours to make sure every child, parent or guardian leaves satisfied and things are in order for the following day. Let's be real, everything costs money and inflation is out of our control, but when it comes to knowing your child is safe, loved, having fun, learning, and being prepared for the next level of education, that is priceless. We have watched our child blossom in Ms. Paola's pre-K classroom. We couldn't be more appreciative. Ms Emily, the junior pre-K teacher was just nominated for Teacher of the Company and made it to the top 4. Without a doubt, we would recommend Everbrook to other parents.
