Beyond the expertise in market analysis, pricing, and negotiations, Cole went above and beyond in the following ways. He worked with the property management company to view the properties with respect to the tenants. He coordinated a roof repair with a local contractor. He interfaced with title companies and lawyers to insure the LLC was in compliance with inheritance laws.
