Extremely rude! I had appointment with Sandy, arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting 40 minutes…read morewith no update, I asked what was the hold up. I was told she had an emergency and would be with me shortly. She came out 10 minutes later, told me that she had a crisis that took my time up, and her next appointment was waiting for her. She told me she was sorry she missed my appointment! I was told when I called to schedule that they needed to make my appointment for new patient within a few days and couldn't make it a week out. However, once in the office, I didn't matter! My time (sat there an hour!) didn't matter! She then asked if I wanted to meet with her for 20 minutes! No!! This place doesn't care about you. Then they wanted me to leave without giving me a refund for the appointment THEY MADE ME MISS!!! I was not impressed with office staff not notifying me either! Negative rating!!!!

I basically expressed how I didn't like a policy and didn't want to be seen at the psychiatry center for med management because of the drug test policy. I declined it on my paperwork because I can get the drug tests for free on base. They assured me he could still be seen at the counseling center by more than one staff member. Then they took it out on my son by canceling all his counselor appointments without notices and told us they didn't want to see him anymore. I never yelled, said rude things, treated anyone badly. All I didn't was express that their policy didn't make sense to me and I wasn't happy with being forced to pay for things that were not necessary. Again I never raised my voice, never insulted the institution, never treated the staff badly because I understand that the staff didn't make the rules. I would never take out anger on a staff member because I know they didn't do anything personally wrong (up until this point.) I left there with no bad blood and to my knowledge everything had been resolved and thought they were nice people. I was definitely wrong. Yesterday I had no idea they had dropped us. I had to call and figure out why I didn't get a reminded for his appointment. They called me back today and I said they felt it best they didn't see him anymore. Even then I ended the call with "Have a nice day" because I will never stoop to their level.
