Although she is polite, she isn't friendly or welcoming. She also smells very strongly of cigarettes, which I find unprofessional for a medical office. The wait time is a standard 30 min+, like any doctor's office. The provider I saw was nice, but she did not seem thorough. There was no patient education involved in my visit. As I said before, everyone seems nice, but no one is friendly or comforting. This office lacks those important qualities. Mediocre care.

Im 42 years old, Stage IV Endometriosis, and I hadn't had surgery in over a decade, but he took the time to explain my condition, lay out my options, and guide me through the best approach to starting a family. What stood out most was his calming bedside manner -- I trusted him immediately. Every question I had was answered with patience and clarity, and I always felt like I was in capable hands. Haley, is truly a gift. She was informative, approachable, and kept me grounded through each step -- especially during the embryo transfer when I was nervous. Her calm guidance helped me process everything and made a huge difference. Elizabeth was also a vital part of my journey. Always just a phone call away, she made sure I had answers and support whenever I needed it. Her hug and kind words during my last visit meant so very much to me. The person taking my blood only wore one glove. She'd test for my vein after cleaning my skin with alcohol with the ungloved hand. That's contamination of the site. On top of that, a couple of years ago I needed the frames on my glasses replaced, and it took three months to get them back. I called multiple times, was told someone would follow up, and no one ever did. Eventually, they blamed their third-party vendor, but they didn't seem concerned about the delay or the lack of communication -- just business as usual. In my opinion, if that's the level of service they accept, maybe they need to reconsider who they're doing business with. I've liked the doctors I've seen here, but the customer service and follow-through from the rest of the team leave a lot to be desired.

Mind you my husband and I had a meeting in Feb, telling them they need to be off in May for graduation or even prom which is the 9th and the doctor did say every 4 weeks.
