If you have any questions she is very capable of answering them bcuz she has been there as a dedicated part of the State Farm Team for many years. I will close by saying that State Farm is the best insurance company you could ever have. They are also dependable if you have a car accident and they don't give you "the run around" when it is time to accomadate you unlike the lower priced places that you have to go through alot of complicated things in order to get everything taken care of.

Most problems are fixed in less than 24 hours. Shaconda was my usual agent. She and Mrs. Elaine created a home away from home which made this adulting thing a bit easier. While they are extremely responsive and available, they are extremely poor at taking care of their loyal customers. I was overpaying for an insurance policy that I was told immediately that I was paying too much for. During the discussion to bring it down, I was told I can explore other options. When I did, I was able to get everything I had with this office a lot cheaper with another agency. I was not expecting to save so much money. This office is unfortunately not loyal to their long standing customers. Tread carefully.

He makes it a point to know his customers and treats them like family. We have had a couple claims in the years we have been with Robert and, WITHOUT FAIL, Robert has handled them and taken great care of us. We have had many dealings with Amanda, and she is just as pleasurable and professional as Robert. I could not recommend Robert Kenimer State Farm Insurance Agency higher. They may not be the cheapest out there, but you usually get exactly what you pay for. When I consider making a purchase as substantial as Insurance, I consider the Agency FIRST and how they will handle my questions and concerns, the Insurance Company second, and then price follows that. Again, the way Robert and Amanda have treated us over the years, there is no way we ever change agencies!!
