For someone who is looking for a doctor who will be rainbows and sunshine at every step, he may not be your guy, as he will never over promise, and speaks calmly and with a level head. He is very straight forward, honest, and thorough (plus, he has a dry sense of humor that jives with me). The staff is also fabulous. They know you as a person, not a patient, they hurt with you when results are negative, and they celebrate with you when things go right.
