Came down to St. Simons Isle for 4th of July and had to snag some fireworks. They have a rather large store with a great selection of fireworks. I would say their assortment packs were a little underwhelming but the a la carte here was nice. Staff was very nice and offered some great information on the local ordinances etc. We will be back! read more

We are from Jacksonville and mainly shop at Superior for many reasons. Had a friend recommend this place. They swore Velocity has the best selection and prices, but have never been to Superior. With that being said we were on the way to Tennessee. This place happened to be on the way. I wanted to check it out. It was a Friday morning in early December. It appears we were the only customer in the parking area. We had to ring the doorbell and wait for someone to let us in. The gentlemen that greeted us was nice. We told him why we were there. Just to check it out but the vibe was weird. There is a wide selection but the place just seemed dark and vacant. It felt like we were being followed and watched by the only employee. He was probably just waiting for us to ask questions, but who knows. I noticed a particular 500 gram that I always pick up at Superior was about $25 more at this location. As mentioned I only wanted to look but my son REALLY wanted us to pick something out so I let him pick out two 200 gram cakes which I would have paid almost half for elsewhere. No doubt I'll stick with Superior. read more

Buddie was retired and moved here from Kennesaw GA in 2012. After being a beach bum for four years, decided to do something again, and his passion for fireworks since a young child made his decision easy. Today he is there just about every day.
