My friend decided to move into the city centre, as it was more convenient for her to get to work that way. She moved into these flats with a friend so I went along for a browse - I had dabbled with the idea of city centre living so wanted to check it out. The bedrooms were of a good medium size, the kitchen-cum-lounge (open plan) was really quite cosy and had a nice corner balcony attached. The balcony looked out over the parking courtyard facing the other flats, which seemed nice and sort of neighbourly.
Overall it was quite a nice city flat and although there were those kind of superfluous items that came with it, such as canvas flower prints, it all seemed warm, new clean and cosy. There wasn't much in the way of storage but this fact could all be made up for by the fact that The Grove pub is situated just around the corner, as it is an excellent pub, and it is only a ten minute walk from town! All in all a pretty reasonable flat building! read more
