After 6…read moremonths of treatment my hair is more dry, more frizzy, more damage, more breakage and less hair overall. BE VERY CAREFUL to review the receipt. Mine says consultation and product for 6 months (see picture). YOU'RE JUST PURCHASING SHAMPOO FOR $4,000! It does not say anything about improving your hair, so my credit card company was unable to help me. Hairwise only verbally promises you amazing improvement, but never in writing. They know perfectly well what they are doing when they write you a receipt, to make sure you will not be able to dispute the charges. Once you pay, the $4,000 is money in the garage. After 6 months of carefully following their instructions, I left with tears in my eyes. They were really nice in the beginning and made me feel they genuinely cared about my problem. However, this act disappeared when they could no longer fool me with their brainwashing. They asked for the ($120 consultation fee and) $3,930 to start the treatment. They convinced me I had a huge problem. Without proof they could actually treat my hair, I was hesitant to pay such a large amount upfront. When they saw this, Marco became irritable and told me he would throw away all my paperwork from the diagnosis that was included in the consultation fee. Desperate to improve my hair, I unfortunately ignored this red flag and was pressured to pay the outrageous full amount. In retrospect, I see clearly that he gaslighted me and took advantage of my weakness and preyed on my vulnerable disposition. If their products actually worked, they would not ask people to pay upfront. Customers would see results and continue with treatment without financial pressure! This is purposely done so people will feel stuck, as I did. Their business tactic is manipulative & greedy. I asked to buy their products without the treatment, and they told me no. I made the mistake of not checking their website at that time. Later, I saw one of the conditioners they gave me was also on their site for just $40. They tell you purchasing products alone isn't possible, so you feel you have no choice but to pay for their expensive treatment. I received 2 shampoo bottles and 1 conditioner bottle every month. That comes to almost $700 a month just for 3 bottles of their useless products. They say that the formulas are custom made for my personal scalp but I question the validity of this. During my treatment, my hair was becoming very dry, frizzy, and breaking. I asked why this was happening and they said they have to treat my scalp inflammation for my hair to be better, and I would see results in 3 months. 3 months passed and there was no change. Month 4, I asked why my hair had not improved, and Marco became upset & volatile. I was scared to express myself to him, and I still hoped my hair would improve despite the many warning signs. I was invested and felt like I had no other choice. For the first visit, they asked me not to wash my hair. After I started using the shampoo, they asked me to wash 3-4 hours before the visits. At these visits, they showed how clean and improved my scalp looked compared to the first visit. Of course it looked good, not because of their treatment but because I had freshly washed it! At the end, after 6 grueling months, I was not only unhappy with the results, but mentally exhausted and emotionally distressed. THEY SAID THEY COULD CONTINUE "HELPING" ME FOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS IF I WROTE THEM A GOOD REVIEW. When I refused, they said they would not provide growth drops that were supposed to be part of my treatment. I found it absurd that Marco had the audacity to ask me to write a good review, when I told him how unhappy I was. He wanted me to lie ! This predatory practice is why they have so many good reviews. They take advantage of their bad performance and promise a "fix" in exchange for good reviews. After their treatment did not help my hair, I tried a test PRP treatment on a small part of my scalp for the first time in my life, never during their treatment! Marco said this was the reason their service did not work. They said it was MY FAULT??!? that their treatment failed. This is totally FALSE because I only did a small test after their 6 month treatment was complete. From my experience, these people are more salesmen than hair experts. They push a fix for a problem they found, and their treatment is bogus. There are way better options with real doctors that can help diagnose your problems, and not charge crazy amounts for "custom" shampoo. I trusted Hairwise, and they took advantage of me. I wasted time, money, and effort, and my hair is in even worse condition.

I was 15 minutes early to my appt & was pleasantly surprised that they were able to see me right away. The girls at reception were very nice & attentive. They walked me upstairs to meet my hair stylist. (I was getting an updo.) They asked if I wanted any refreshments & made sure all was good. My stylist, Roly, was wonderful. I showed him several pictures of what I wanted & decribed my dress for the event. He was able to give me a very beautiful updo in under an hour.
