On first visit, the staff are nice and the doc is nice and conversational. I was given good information about the types of treatment for varicose veins and was recommended to wear compression socks. It was nice to know that this office doesn't mark up the price for the socks, so I bought them there for a nice price; the assistant measured distance around my legs and put in extra effort to ensure that I bought the socks that would fit me well. I think really highly of the doctor and staff here. They have seen me several times and are pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very accommodating with my schedule to be seen. When you are there you feel like you are the only one in the office as they give you their full attention. I am so happy I found the Vein Guys. I live approx 30 miles away, but it is worth it. I have been researching the best way to deal with some very distracting leg pains I have had for a while. During my research I have found that there are a lot of treatment options when it comes to spider veins and varicose veins out here. I went with the Vein Guys for two reasons: they have an ex-military plastic surgeon on staff that has seen things a lot worse than my little veins. And secondly, they have a vascular surgeon who knows all about the best treatment options for veins. Not only was the treatment center nice and clean, as you would expect, it seemed like you could ask anyone there about veins and they had the answer. Nothing makes an old man more comfortable than feeling like everyone working in the office knows how every other part of the office works. Was treated very unprofessional by 2 staff members. After working in the medical field for 20 years, I know how people are to be treated and this office hasn't learned that yet.
